Where are you located?

Scarlett’s Plan does not have a physical location. All of our adoptables are located in the USA.

Do you house animals?

The goal for Scarlett’s Plan is for animals to remain with their owners until the last day possible which means we do not offer housing or foster options.

How much does it cost to adopt a pet through Scarlett’s Plan?

All services including adoption fees are free thanks to donations from generous donors.

Do you help dogs and cats?

Yes we help with the rehoming of both dogs and cats.

Can I adopt an animal if I'm located in a different city or state?

While we recommend the animals second forever home be in the city or province they are currently located, but if their human chooses a family outside the province, they are responsible for arranging transportation between themselves and the adoptee.

Can I leave my pet to Scarlett’s Plan in my will?

As we are not a shelter, and do not house animals, we ask that you do not leave your animal to us in your will. We recommend you look for local shelters in your area that offer this type of assistance.

Is Scarlett’s Plan a registered 501(c)(3)?

Scarlett’s Plan is currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

Where can I make a donation?

Once our nonprofit status has been accepted you can donate directly through our website.

Scarlett’s Plan is only operational in the USA, meaning you have to be located in the USA to adopt through us.
